OCTOBER

01 - Jimmy's Jazz and Blues - Portsmouth NH - James Montgomery and his high energy band return to Jimmy's Jazz and Blues in Portsmouth NH, on Thursday October 1st, for the first time in years.  "We're thrilled to be returning to Jimmy's" Montgomery said, "It's definitely one of our all time favorite places to play and a great place to see the band! David Hull (Joe Perry Project, Aerosmith) George McCann (Blues Brothers) and Seth Pappas (Barrence Whitfield and the Savages) join Montgomery along with Andrew Clark (Beach Boys) for an exciting evening featuring a mix of new songs and old favorites!  Time to get on board The Train!!  ONLY PORTSMOUTH PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR

04 - The Bread Box - St. Paul's Episcopal Church - Willimantic, CT - James and Geroge McCann play together as a duo - we look forward tO this one EVERY YEAR!  Shabooers Ball!

08 - The Capitol Theater - Willimantic CT - Screening of the highly acclaimed documentary "America You Kill Me" The Rise, Fall, and Legacy of LGBTQ Warrior, Jeffrey Montgomery, followed by a musical performance by his brother James Montgomery, SNL Beehive Queen Christine Ohlman, and David "Lefty" Foster.  DON'T MISS THIS FILM that is so relevant during this election cycle where we are seeing anti-LGBTQ (including rescinding same sex marriage) in hundreds of bills across the country.  It's a powerful documentary!!

10 - Clarke Cooke House - Newport RI -  JM Quartet mixes it up at the Iconic Newport meeting place!  Great dinner!

17 - One Longfellow Square - Portland, ME - Fabulous intimate listening room (although we get 'em dancing) in the heart of downtown Portland.  One of the best rooms in New England

30 - Chan's - Woonsocket, RI -    Legendary Rhode Island Night Spot!  Always brings out the best in the band and the audience!!


NOVEMBER

19 - The Wildcat Inn - Jackson NH - Fantastic room where we sell out early.  Intimate but HIGH ENERGY!  Truly one of our favorites

20 - Granite State Blues Society screens the James Cotton documentary "Bonnie Blue - James Cotton's Life in the Blues" Amazing film that James Co-Produced with Judy Laster that was one of 5 finalists in The Library of Congress Ken Burns Prize for Film - a high honor!! The film features appearances by Buddy Guy, Keb 'Mo, Steve Miller, Jimmy Vaughan, Bobby Rush, and more!!! Followed by a performance with James, Willie J. Laws, a - Plymouthnd Lenny LB Bradford from Joe Louis Walker's Band.  Kick ass!!

28 - The Spire - Plymouth, MA - Our ANNUAL Saturday after Thanksgiving show.  We always love this one - can't stress how much this one means to us!!
